1. Last March, a colleague and I both resigned. Our boss owed us several months of wages, and more than a year has passed since we left, but we still have not received the money (over NT$30,000 owed to one of us and NT$110,000 to the other). He does not respond when we send messages to remind him. Comments we left on his Facebook posts were deleted, and he restricted us from seeing his posts. Finally, when we called him to discuss it, he simply said he had no money.
2. The boss is habitually late. When we arranged to meet at a restaurant, he was once as much as two hours late; usually, he is anywhere from half an hour to an hour late.
3. The boss loves shifting the blame and never thinks he is at fault. When he is late, he blames the taxi driver; when he does not have money to pay wages, he blames the client.
4. The boss has communication problems with the clients. The information and screens he provides do not match.
