This workplace is not suitable for people who have just entered the workforce. The tolerance for newcomers is only about one week, yet there are many varied things to learn. There is no clear division of responsibilities and no comprehensive employee training. If your work does not meet your trainer’s expectations, they will whisper about you behind your back, which feels very uncomfortable. When training newcomers, people pass the responsibility around like kicking a ball; everyone thinks training newcomers is troublesome. I really don’t understand—if that’s the case, why does your company need to recruit people?
