At first, seeing this previous employee’s post made me hesitate about whether I should join Dah Han Enzyme’s Xinwu plant as a quality control specialist. I steeled myself and came to work, but it really turned out to be exactly as the previous employee described…
It would be one thing if the supervisor in my own department didn’t help, but they also use people as scapegoats, asking you to deal with people they dislike while playing the good person themselves. They are never at fault—everyone else is. They don’t do the work that falls within their own responsibilities, instead pushing it onto subordinates, and they also like meddling in other departments’ affairs, making everyone unhappy.
Don’t expect your salary to be adjusted. Unless you’re someone the supervisor likes, forget about a raise—even the year-end bonus is pitifully small.
Leaving work on time
Even after agreeing on a salary, HR will still call to cut it. When the previous employee left, they deleted all the data and did not hand over anything even though they had time. When you ask questions, they give you an attitude, which is really uncomfortable.
The company as a whole is very stable. If you are looking for a stable job until retirement, you can come here, but there is nothing if you want challenges or anything like that. If you are lucky, you may encounter a good senior colleague who can guide you; if you are unlucky, you may encounter someone like me.
