Read the community guidelinesThe boss is generous and very nice.
The manager of one of the stores may have personality issues. They like to use the silent treatment and will cover up the mistakes of people close to them. Although they also criticize their own people, they are harsher toward outsiders. When they make a mistake, they somehow find a way to modify or erase it; when someone else makes the same mistake, they will not correct it, but will record it as a deficiency and deduct the bonus, leaving the error displayed there for no reason. (They will not proactively correct it for the good of the company; instead, they leave it there to let employees know that they were wrong.) People close to them have extremely poor work abilities yet are praised and promoted to supervisors. Handover omissions are serious, and work progress is extremely slow. If you do not proactively ask about the handover, they will question you very carefully when you come to work. If anything was not handed over, they will force you to keep asking until you reach the person who handled the previous handover. They force you to stay behind meaninglessly, sitting there unable to do anything, and only tell you to leave after more than an hour, once they have calmed down. Otherwise, they will shout loudly without caring whether there are customers present. It is essentially a trap they dig for you: if you jump in without filling it properly, you should be prepared to be beaten down. They monitor employees' work 24 hours a day. If you perform well and seem likely to take away the position of someone close to them, they will first find a way to drive you out. Simply put, they do not treat their subordinates as human beings—except for those close to them.
