Pros
They accept newcomers without experience, but even if you become senior, the base salary is still the same as a newcomer’s.
Cons
A very exploitative company with low pay; you have to rely on per-unit bonuses. They make it sound nice by saying they don’t want you to work overtime, but if you don’t work overtime, the boss will come around to question whether you’re dedicated enough. The number of annual leave days is far below what is required by the Labor Standards Act, and you also have to submit your application one month in advance.
