Cons
1. You have to pay for your own lunch, with no subsidy
2. You are required to use annual leave for typhoon days off
3. No overtime pay for working on national holidays; instead, a weekday off is offered in exchange, on a date selected by the company
4. Doing more work does not result in higher pay
5. The time clock is never accurate, so you have to arrive early and leave late
6. Absolutely no benefits
