Read the community guidelinesThis is a job where you might end up stepping in pig shit (working at the bottom of a filthy ditch).
Don't believe me?
Try it yourself and you'll find out.
Boss Lai is a crude, unsophisticated person.
Get up at 5:30 every day. If she gets annoyed seeing you on your phone, she tells you to go fetch this and that, then complains that you aren't preparing things and makes everyone else prepare them instead (it's only my third day—fuck, it's hilarious@@ I was completely like, “What the hell?”).
Is it fucking time to start work already or what?
If she sees that you don't ask questions, she tells you that you have to ask (because she thinks you're not proactive enough).
But when you ask, she immediately tells you not to ask (because she thinks you're annoying).
For fuck's sake, she tells you everything herself and then that's supposed to be enough.
This back-and-forth happens every day, and more than once a day at that.
One business trip lasts 13 days, and you can only return home for 3 days (including the travel time there and back).
You spend 8 hours every day exposed to the blazing sun, and you also have to carry equipment through embankments overgrown with weeds, hacking your way through the brush. If you don't walk fast enough, she'll complain that you're too slow.
When you're sent to Hualien, she gives you a monthly travel allowance of NT$4,400 and tells you that's very high (???????).
Does she fucking know that other companies pay at least NT$7,000 and up to NT$10,000 a month for business trips to Tainan?
And she keeps brainwashing you by saying it's very high??
The dormitory is also a run-down old guesthouse, with moldy smells in some places... fucking hilarious. (Look up “Hualien Signal Foot Guesthouse” yourself.)
You work out in the middle of nowhere, and when you need to take a shit, there isn't even anywhere to wash your hands. Fucking hilarious.
I've never seen such a shitty dead-end job in my entire life... No wonder all the employees are new = = If you can put up with this shit job, you can stay; if you can't, run for your life.
Before I resigned, the manager personally said I would get a raise to NT$20,000. But after I resigned, there was fucking nothing. If you can't do it, then don't make wild promises and brag about what you can deliver, okay? You're already in your forties and still don't keep your word—what a joke, just like an elementary school kid.
Why does everything sound so nice when you say it, but you never deliver? When your own equipment broke, you falsely accused an employee of deleting the data, and only afterward tried to cover your ass by admitting that the equipment had already been unable to read the data.
For fuck's sake, you're very confident when criticizing employees. As an employer, don't you know what kind of impression you give people???
Don't believe me??? Come work here yourself and you'll find out.
