When I first started, a supervisor who wore glasses would often drive a forklift around pretending to be busy with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. He even smoked in the workplace, only telling other people to do the work while choosing the easy jobs for himself. He also frequently went to the boss to say all sorts of things. When you encounter a lousy company like this, of course you should leave as quickly as possible.
Fortunately, I left last year.
