Pros
The employees are very nice and patiently teach you the job duties. There are clear SOPs to help you gradually get the hang of things, and you can also have employee beverages.
Cons
Your feet get very sore from standing all day, and you have to stand except during breaks… But if you like the job, you can buy shoes designed for prolonged standing.
