The interview was conducted by an external consultant hired by the company to serve as HR.
Whenever a professional question came up, the consultant simply stated that they were an external consultant.
They were not familiar with the company's technical capabilities and were only responsible for conducting interviews.
I also learned during the interview that the company currently tends to increase employees' salaries through overtime,
calculated based on the minimum wage of NT$25,250.
NT$40 is deducted for the lunchbox.
Young people are also encouraged to work more overtime—high pay is not a dream.
Working overtime continuously for a month may result in earning over NT$40,000.
Experienced candidates are not recommended to come here just to get by.
Fresh graduates, however, can come here to gain experience.
Since this company does not place much emphasis on experience,
it is definitely an option as a stepping stone,
rather than a final destination.
