1. A company with 200% debt
2. Be cautious. Officially managed by a married couple. The man spends all day scrolling on his phone, uses extremely vulgar Taiwanese profanity, and creates an extremely unfriendly environment for women. The woman spends all day upstairs sleeping, watching TV, and using her phone to monitor the surveillance cameras downstairs. Whenever you use your phone, she immediately takes a screenshot and posts it in the group chat. She is so lazy that she even outsources basic internal accounting to an overseas company. When shareholders ask questions, she lies or blames former sales employees. One person leaves every two or three months. I lasted a year, which I consider quite impressive.
3. The morning cleaning duties include having employees clean their living room, kitchen, and bathroom. She is so petty that she secretly watches from behind to see whether you are using too little dish soap—is she worried about running out of money? Then she has her informant employee tell you.
4. Every month, they need to pay tens of thousands of U.S. dollars by TT to Korea, yet they do not even have tens of thousands of New Taiwan dollars coming in. They are basically not conducting any sales activities, and only lie to their Korean business partners, instructing the sales staff to fabricate data. It is a company that survives on loans.
5. They themselves sell heavy machinery parts and hired a high-ranking employee who also appears to serve as an informant.
