The company environment is just like a typical metalworking factory—somewhat messy.
The interview took approximately 1 hour.
During the interview, I was given some paperwork by HR after arriving and asked to fill in my personal information. I was then asked about my commuting time, personal education and work history, and previous work experience. Personally, I felt it was not very professional, and they were overly picky = =. After that, a supervisor came in for the interview, which mainly focused on my previous work experience as well.
There did not seem to be any professional HR staff. An appointment had been arranged the day before, and I even called personally to confirm it, but after arriving, they said there was no appointment. Although I was eventually interviewed, it felt like they were just going through the motions, which was quite frustrating.
I also looked at the Google reviews, and the ratings were quite low. It seems they have no intention of improving the way they treat applicants.
