Pros
It’s quite convenient to take leave when you have something to attend to.
Other than this, I can’t think of anything else.
Cons
The leave policy is highly problematic.
Even during the interview, they had serious trouble clearly explaining how many days off there are per month.
Even employees who have been there for a long time can’t tell you how the leave is actually calculated.
They don’t respect professional expertise and expect employees to take on multiple roles.
