Read the community guidelinesThe pay is slightly above average. Occasionally, there is some discarded fruit available to eat.
When things are slow, they are very slow; during peak season, it is very busy.
They make a point of saying that lunch is provided, but there is no corresponding lunch break.
If you need money, you can go there and put up with it for a while.
But the boss keeps proclaiming that the wages they offer are very high.
The boss uses a lot of manipulative, psychologically pressuring tactics and speaks rudely.
An old-fashioned boss who loves bringing up stories from decades ago,
not realizing that they were left behind by the times long ago.
Does not respect professional expertise.
Likes to constantly mention knowing many high-ranking officials.
For employees with high educational qualifications, even if they cannot do the job or manage people, their pay is still very high and they are treated with considerable leniency.
For employees with ordinary educational qualifications, even if they work very hard and are praised by their coworkers on site, the boss does not recognize it and still complains that it is not enough.
Likes to accrue “good karma” at the expense of departing employees.
Keeps telling new employees about their dissatisfaction with former employees.
They hear it over and over, as if they knew those employees personally.
I hope the boss continues accruing good karma for everyone. Thank you.
Does not take the Labor Standards Act seriously.
Likes to exploit loopholes in labor laws.
Underreports wages for labor and health insurance purposes despite high salaries.
They even proudly say that they already asked around outside and that this is not illegal.
There is no annual leave, and they evade taxes.
The company has several versions of its SOPs.
Every time a new employee joins, they are told to create another SOP.
They completely disregard the hard work of the previous employee.
In reality, no one can properly train new employees (the boss’s wife knows a little about it).
Everything has to be figured out independently.
Expects employees to be hardworking and able to endure hardship, not quibble over details, and know how to conduct themselves.
Takes great pride in a culture of being fast with one’s hands and feet.
But when working on the operations floor, employees only end up angering customers.
Their tone is very poor, and they get into arguments with customers.
Interestingly, the boss often mentions wanting to hand the business over to a former favorite employee.
They fail to realize that this favorite employee was smart enough to escape to a large company after only two months.
Overall, it is quite pathetic in some respects.
