The boss treats employees as personal tools, requiring them to handle the boss’s private family matters. The boss also uses employees as nominees to buy and sell stocks to evade taxes. When the boss hires an employee, they may require that person to do work for other subsidiaries (日揚開發、利茂國際開發), making one person do the work of several people. The boss does not respect employees’ expertise, only demands that they find ways to get things done, does not provide appropriate budgets or expenses, and is unwilling to spend money. Employees may also be dismissed because of the boss’s or the boss’s wife’s emotional issues.
