Read the community guidelinesGenerally, regular full-time employees only need to work eight hours.
1. Most coworkers scheme against one another and frame innocent people. The higher-ups only know how to give orders about things like being a family and getting along well. When they get angry, they yell at everyone in the group chat! Then they pressure most normal people to transfer away, while the abnormal ones stay and continue causing trouble there.
2. I don't know what is wrong with the leader of one particular store/team—why are they so aggressive? They manage people by yelling, which causes all the newcomers who have been there for only a short time to leave (and they stubbornly keep yelling anyway). No wonder "that shift" has such a high turnover rate. They never help clean or organize anything, and make me and another person do it all = =. When someone else makes a mistake, they berate them harshly; when they make a mistake themselves, they stay quiet and pretend nothing happened? When someone else makes a mistake, they also tell people on other shifts that the person on their shift did a poor job or whatever (speaking very loudly + being extremely disrespectful). They also say that you can communicate with them, but then accuse you of making excuses. They even monitor you everywhere as if they were surveillance cameras, making people feel extremely un(comfortable) (dis)gusted.
3. If you want to work there, you have to learn to quietly mind your own business and just do your own tasks. Rather than working there as an employee, you might as well work at X-Bei; in terms of benefits, X-Bei would be better.
