Senior executives parachuted in
Fundamentally not in the core business
Fundamentally do not understand the hardships of frontline employees
Everything is based on what makes the managers themselves happy
Only concerned with their own personal interests
Collect high salaries while sitting around
Incomprehensible
A useless person who knows nothing⋯
The frontline employees still have it the hardest
The colleagues are very nice
The managers and supervisors are incompetent
If the boss thinks you have too much free time, they will keep adding to your workload
The boss's young girlfriend loves buying random things, e.g., small potted plants, and then expects you to take good care of them and water them
You constantly have to do things beyond your own responsibilities
Eventually, you become mentally exhausted; finding another job would be more practical
There is a meeting every month. Decisions made after the meeting often change with just one word from the boss's young girlfriend. The meetings are simply a waste of time, since decisions that have already been made can be changed arbitrarily anyway
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
The制度 is poorly established.
If you like currying favor with your supervisor, this place should suit you quite well.
The HR manager comes to work whenever she feels like it. If she doesn’t come, you can relax; if she is working that day, it’s best to obediently stay under her control. What she says is right, and even when she is wrong, you have to treat it as right. She knows nothing, just like the parachuted-in supervisor mentioned above (the small boss’s girlfriend), so it’s best to just placate her on the surface.
Labor and health insurance are provided
There is no overtime pay; the job operates under a responsibility-based system.
The supervisors are all parachuted in from outside. Outsiders are teaching insiders, without any professional knowledge, and the supervisors are very difficult to communicate with.
The salary for full-time employees is 25,000, with working hours from 8:30 to 17:00. You can only leave after finishing cleaning. If you can independently clean 12 rooms a day, the salary is 26,000.
