The turnover rate is extremely high. The company does not value its employees and lays people off at the drop of a hat. Whether you are a technician or a manager, they will tell you to leave all the same. After a few months, everyone has left and been replaced by another batch of people. The company makes grand promises, but after joining, you will find that employees cannot stay. I advise everyone not to join, lest you regret it.
