Read the community guidelinesThe company has nothing in place, leaving plenty of room and opportunities to make an impact.
Many of the company's internal training courses for new hires are free, so there is no need to spend tens of thousands on tuition.
After the training is completed, you are sent directly to work at a client company. Handling all work-related communication with the client is entirely up to you. The company simply says that not finishing your work is a problem with your ability, so there is no overtime pay.
It is very easy for the company to deduct money from your salary. Being one minute late results in the full-attendance bonus being deducted. If you work overtime until the early hours of the morning, you only receive compensatory leave. Raises do not increase your base salary; the monthly salary calculation is based on the basic salary. The top prize at the annual company banquet is NT$6,000.
After the course ends, the company does not care about employee training. The company has no organizational structure; those who are capable simply take on more work while receiving the same salary. Salary adjustments only increase the assigned-site allowance.
