No smoking, so you don't have to worry about smelling secondhand smoke.
The plant is small, so entering and leaving is quick and doesn't take too much time.
Low salary, few benefits, and no bonuses; only suitable for gaining experience. They are short-staffed all year round. Some supervisors are known throughout the entire plant to be problematic, but they simply won't be replaced. If you end up under one of them, you can only fend for yourself.

The salary hasn’t increased at all. If possible, don’t go to this company.
No, I recommend that everyone read the content below.
The following are solely my personal opinions; please take them for reference only:
The interview for the NT$35K operator position is basically not difficult at all. As long as you can write, you might be hired.
Before hiring, they will not tell you how much the base salary is. After working for a month and seeing the payslip, I almost had a stroke! The base salary is not even NT$20,000—not even for engineers. The 2.15-month year-end bonus is also calculated based on the base salary...
The workday is 12 hours. After deducting break time, the company counts it as 10.5 working hours per day, and there are almost always 21 working days per month. Overtime is possible, and confirmed overtime pay will be provided when you work overtime.
The situation is better for engineers. If you work every day of the month, the salary is NT$46,000, though it also involves 12-hour shifts. However, the company effectively deducts the perfect-attendance bonus: being two minutes late, taking annual leave, or taking vaccine leave means losing the NT$2,500 perfect-attendance bonus 💸. But the company says this is not an attendance bonus, only a work incentive bonus. Yet it is included in the NT$46,000 salary structure. I don't know whether this is right. I didn't study much, so if anyone knows, please leave a comment and tell me.
After joining the company, if there is something you don't know, the long-serving old-timers will push responsibility back and forth. No one thinks it is their own job. After asking everyone about the same matter, you may still be told to ask the first person you asked. I don't know whether they genuinely don't know or whether they really can be this indifferent. If you can accept this kind of work environment, it is very suitable for taking it easy until retirement.

The interview was conducted by video. I waited for an hour and a half at the scheduled time, but they still never showed up and didn't respond to any messages at all. I was completely ghosted.
Very compliant with the Labor Standards Act because they are very afraid of breaking the law and getting into trouble.
Other than complying with the law out of fear of getting into trouble, I really can’t think of any other advantages.
Low pay, with the base salary being frighteningly low.
However, the turnover rate is indeed very high.
Some department managers are really terrible......
