Pros
All my colleagues are very polite and nice, and everyone helps each other—except for a few bad apples who can’t do their jobs, have no sense of responsibility, damage the company’s reputation, and then say whatever they want before walking away without a care. Other than that, people get along quite happily at the company.
Cons
The boss is too nice and treats all the employees very well, so the company often ends up encountering some lousy people.
