I couldn’t last even a week. The pressure was so great that I used company materials every day when I got home.
Every day, I was constantly criticized, which put me in a bad mood. The things she said were very hurtful…
She even said that I should be embarrassed to come to work without preparing anything at home. However, I spent 1–2 hours at home every day using (looking for) company materials and buying books to learn how to create and publish content as a social media editor. If I didn’t meet her expectations, she felt that I wasn’t taking it seriously.
The owner of this company is extremely disrespectful to people.

Curses at people as if they were dogs—extremely vile language
Acts as if paying a salary gives him the right to speak without decency or respect for others 😑
As soon as you start, before you even understand the products, he harshly berates you over the slightest mistake
If he weren’t the boss, I would have fallen out with him long ago
The editor position has a very high turnover rate; no one stays long 😅
I sincerely suggest working in the service industry instead of coming here—the pay is low and there is no dignity
In the service industry, you only occasionally encounter unreasonable customers; here, you face dinosaur-like roaring every day
