The salary is low and the actual work differs from what was originally described. There are no raises either. They use the minimum wage as insurance contributions. The year-end bonus isn't guaranteed, and it's not equivalent to one or several months' salary—they only give a few thousand dollars. Don't even mention the bonuses for the three major holidays. Whenever there's an opportunity, the company will get rid of employees because they need an all-rounder who is also cheap. The company offers no benefits. As for what is written on the job bank, just take it with a grain of salt.
