Read the community guidelines1. Punctual working hours; working hours and leave policies comply with the Labor Standards Act.
2. A simple work environment.
1. The work environment is poor. The warehouse where goods are stored is dirty, messy, and dusty. Inventory is not systematically organized, so it takes a long time to find products.
2. The warehouse is like an oven. Finding something requires staying in a warehouse above 37°C for more than 10 minutes, then entering the air-conditioned store, which makes it easy to suffer heatstroke.
3. Working at the store feels like a traditional small-company setup. The employer treats employees like apprentices and manages them through scolding, including reprimanding employees in front of customers. Those who are sensitive to criticism should not apply.
4. After joining, you are asked to sign a contract stating that you must follow the employer’s instructions at work (that is, unconditionally accept the employer’s emotionally driven directions).
5. The job posting says you can acquire a specialized skill, but this is limited to work at the store; do not expect it to be useful in other industries.
6. A typical traditional family business, where you have to work according to the moods of the employer and the employer’s daughter.
7. All of the above factors result in high employee turnover.
