The people are easy to get along with
Cons
There is a lack of transparency regarding salaries, and bonuses are even more dependent on the individual. There have also been incidents of employees being removed from insurance coverage while still employed (if you're interested, you can look up posts on PTT).
For those who want to join, it would be better to be introduced through a staffing agency.
