Read the community guidelines1. The interviewers were friendly.
2. The job duties seemed fairly flexible.
1. As soon as I walked in, the staff were indifferent when I greeted them and asked questions. All the employees were looking down and playing on their phones.
2. The company proactively invited me to an interview through a job bank, but after I accepted, they said the position had already been filled. It felt like they were trying to trick me.
3. After explaining how the sales commission system worked, they only mentioned at the end that I first had to apply for a contract-bound mobile phone plan in order to start the job, supposedly to keep personal and professional matters separate. (The contract was for 30 months at $1,4XX per month, and the interviewer also admitted that the company simply wanted to earn the commission.)
