Read the community guidelinesA company that is very good at making superficial statements
It is simply difficult to put into words. Roughly half the company seems to be made up of people hired through personal connections. Whether on the production line or in the offices, people really like forming cliques, which makes for a terrible atmosphere. Work is already exhausting enough, yet there are all sorts of two-faced people around, ready to stab you in the back at any moment. The boss also likes to keep changing things and then shift the blame to employees when problems arise, and is very good at manipulating people. Devoting yourself wholeheartedly to this company will only make you feel, after you resign, that your former self was an idiot.
More importantly, they are very good at exploiting loopholes in the wording of the Labor Standards Act. The devil is often in the details, and if you are not careful, you are the one who suffers.
