Read the community guidelinesAn in-depth experience:
All kinds of grandiose dreams and promises
Impressive rhetoric
Infighting and stirring up trouble more melodramatic than a prime-time soap opera
All kinds of crises (not crises caused by consumers)
Oh, there are no downsides~ Really!
During the interview,
you absolutely won’t feel even the slightest possible drawback.
You’ll only feel a passionate desire to strive together.
The keywords: “during the interview”
———————————————-
After you join, they’ll absolutely let you experience what it means to be
“an employee who gives more than their money’s worth.”
Guaranteed to have you do many “tasks that aren’t part of your responsibilities” to the fullest.
They’ll talk you into feeling that “you’d deserve to die if you didn’t do them.”
If your work produces no results, you’ll be “criticized until you question your entire life.”
Oh, here’s the key point: only results that management considers worthy of being called “results” count. If you receive no credit, then even hard work is useless.
How could any of the above count as downsides?
You’ll only be told that you haven’t been tempered enough and need even more training!
Young people shouldn’t be so sensitive, right?
If they pay you a little money but use you as ten people, then don’t take the job if it’s unsuitable, right?
Jobs are hard to find nowadays; it’s already good enough that I’m willing to hire you, hmm?
I hired you because I saw your potential and enthusiasm, hmm?
Your enthusiasm only goes this far? Your standards only go this far?
If you think carefully about some of these remarks, you’ll realize that the boss truly lives up to being the boss.
Because only a boss can surpass a boss.
As a young person, you’ll come to understand “why you can only be an employee.”
Because you’ll never grasp what the boss is thinking.
You’ll never know why they say A one second and change it to B the next.
Because the boss is the one saying all of it, young person :)
Everything, everything is because you’re young.
You haven’t been tempered enough, you’re not dedicated enough, and your thinking isn’t thorough enough.
Your methods aren’t sophisticated enough, and your rhetoric isn’t sharp enough.
It’s absolutely not because the boss doesn’t dare offer profits or rewards.
It’s because your abilities aren’t good enough for you to get them, young person (laughs
At this point,
the smart you will know whether you
“have what it takes” to take on this job.
None
The boss changes their mind from one day to the next.
It’s a one-person dictatorship.
On top of that, employees are constantly monitored and listened in on at work.
If you want to experience life under Chinese Communist Party control,
you can go there—no problem.
The boss repeatedly claims not to interfere in employees’ private lives,
but keeps trying to add you on social media so they can monitor you.
It’s truly disgusting.
There is also verbal sexual harassment.
The worst part is
that they think paying low wages is perfectly justified.
There is far too much wrongdoing to list.
All I can say is:
Do not go there under any circumstances.
It’s a shitty job.
