If you can accept starting work at 3:30 and immediately entering a freezer that is crammed with goods needing to be put away and is a complete mess,
then all I can say is: welcome.
Also, the company has absolutely no structure and no year-end bonus (just an envelope with a few thousand dollars).
There is an asshole supervisor inside who enjoys messing with people all day. If you want to see what it is like, you can go in and experience it for yourself. He is a middle-aged man over 40 who is very good at talking, loves to mess with people, has extremely poor emotional intelligence, does nothing but talk, is the boss’s lapdog, and keeps saying that other people’s routes are easy. When he covers a route himself, he still wants to split the delivery fee in half with someone else.
The employee training is extremely poor, and there are even cases of people clocking in for others. The company was investigated by the Labor Bureau before, work hours often exceed the scheduled time, and don’t even dream of getting overtime pay. There are only four days off per month. Newcomers who want to leave on time? Just see how the supervisor will make things difficult for you afterward. She is the little boss in the company, a watchdog. Please pay special attention.
