Pros

Getting along well with colleagues? Only partially XD I guess this should count as a pro.

Cons

There are plenty of cons.

The boss is too young and doesn’t understand the risks of starting a business. They only talk about how they worked their way up from the bottom and claim to know all kinds of major entrepreneurs who earn hundreds of thousands a month and several hundred million a year.

They would rather invest money in risky activities, yet don’t know how to optimize the company itself. The computers are slow enough as it is, and whenever something is needed, we still have to find cracked software ourselves.

The boss and the CEO are a couple. I think everyone understands what that implies. The girlfriend rode her boyfriend’s coattails into becoming CEO and spends all day acting as if she is incredibly capable. To be clear, she is indeed good at marketing, but when it comes to anything else, she is mediocre. She insists on thinking she is highly capable: if something is simple, she says it was done casually; if it is too basic, she says it was not done seriously enough. For a CEO, her perspective is extremely narrow.

Finally, before I left, the boss even lectured me over a single sentence. The boss only saw the surface and failed to understand the depth of the writing, then immediately started yelling at me.

While I was there, I actually saw a very high turnover rate. Good employees realized within a few days that the company was beyond saving and left. They live in their own world, chasing that unplanned monthly salary of 1 million? If I remember correctly.

For those of you thinking of joining, here is one piece of advice: just flatter the boss. One thing the boss said is correct: they pay us to do a job, so just do it.

There is actually much more, but there is too much to write. In short, aside from getting along well with colleagues, I can’t think of anything else.

PS: A few specific people are problematic, but there are still many great colleagues in the company.
