Dishonest, and the staff themselves do not seem to understand the details of the position they are responsible for recruiting.
I received a phone call notifying me of an interview at a certain company. The caller explained that the position involved 8-hour shifts with weekends off.
When I arrived at the company for the interview that day, the supervisor told me that they were only recruiting for 12-hour shifts. They said there was nothing more to discuss and sent me away.
I had a very bad experience. They wasted the job seeker’s time and made me feel somewhat deceived.
