Why does it feel like this job opening was posted just for show? It’s been open for so long, and they haven’t even read my application.
The architecture and interior design are beautiful
1. There are not enough staff, and the workload is unmanageable
2. Every day, employees are required to start work half an hour early or leave half an hour late, without overtime pay
3. No overtime pay is provided for working beyond regular hours
4. The salary does not match what was stated during recruitment, and although employees request to see the salary bands, the company refuses to provide them
