When I was initially hired after the interview, the boss said the base salary would be 32,000, with commission calculated separately, but there would be a one-month probation period. During the probation period, the hourly wage was 150. However, after the probation period, when I became a full-time employee, I was told that the salary had been adjusted to 28,000. The bonuses were changed into two types, with targets that were even more difficult to achieve. If both targets were not met, an elimination assessment would be conducted the following month. I was also initially told that there would be a full one-hour break, or two hours for the entire shift. Later, after becoming a full-time employee, this was changed to two half-hour breaks for the entire shift, meaning that in 12 hours, you could only take one hour of break. A company with no integrity whatsoever—I recommend that everyone avoid coming here and wasting their time.
