Read the community guidelinesPunctual working hours (because the boss doesn’t really want to pay overtime, they’ll ask why you’re still not off work)
1. Regardless of position, everyone in the company has to double as a salesperson—this was never mentioned during the interview.
2. The boss also takes orders as a salesperson, but as soon as there’s a problem, they dump it on employees to handle (and get yelled at); management then pretends nothing happened.
3. The factory often provides inaccurate delivery dates. Even when asked to find out why, the boss just says the craftsmen can’t finish on time and there’s nothing they can do. So were those delivery dates provided just for fun?
Recommended for those who consider themselves willing to take on miscellaneous tasks without complaint.
For a 30K driver, in addition to picking up and delivering goods, you have to pull the orders yourself when shipping (the factory and office are in different locations), conduct satisfaction surveys after unloading, complete and log various reports after work and send them back every day, and also handle warehouse management and assembly for the entire factory..... Those who consider themselves willing to take on numerous miscellaneous tasks without complaint may give it a try.
