The benefits are okay, and the boss is willing to pay for your contributions.
Cons
The upper management is very complicated, the supervisors have poor emotional intelligence, and the workload is unevenly distributed. Problems raised take a long time to improve because the boss and supervisors are not aligned in their thinking—or they simply have not communicated properly.
