Cons

The boss is the source of all the chaos.

They often take on last-minute orders or ask employees to do things at short notice.

They also take it for granted that if the work really can't be finished, employees can just work overtime to get it done.

Do they think employees don't have lives of their own?

Because the company is constantly operating at a loss,

they nitpick over the cost of certain ingredients,

yet use company funds to order things themselves—

things no one knows what to do with,

or things they buy first and only later try to figure out how to use.

As a result, more and more items pile up in the warehouse.

If you tell them there aren't enough people,

they'll say that you do as much as can be done with however many people there are.

The problem is that the current staffing

is simply insufficient to handle the existing workload.

As for assigned tasks,

even after employees have completed and submitted their work,

you have to keep following up with the boss,

or eventually the matter disappears without any implementation plan.

On the surface, they appear harmless,

but in reality they are very calculating and pragmatic.

If you have no value to them, they want to kick you aside, ignore you, and treat you perfunctorily.

They may privately spread false and malicious rumors about individual employees.

After repeating them to one person after another,

they turn into rumors that everyone knows.

Selfish.

They normally don't care about employees,

yet turn around and give all kinds of reasons why others should be understanding of them.

They twist logic to rationalize their own behavior.
