Pros

There are not many advantages; at most, taking leave is easy and they generally do not make it difficult.

Cons

The disadvantages can be divided into three parts.

First, the people are not very easy to get along with. Communication at work is vulgar and unreasonable, objectifies women, and shows an extremely low level of cultural awareness. When there are problems, it is impossible to get correct answers, and if you make a mistake, you may be beaten and kicked. The standard of the people there is truly very poor!

Second, the working hours are extremely long. The workday starts at 8 a.m., and working until 7 or 8 p.m. is normal. Working until 9 or 10 p.m. is also commonplace. In contrast, leaving work at a normal time has become extremely rare—possibly even rarer than winning the grand prize in a lottery. There is no break in between, which is extremely torturous!

Third, overtime pay does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Normally, after working for four hours, employees should have a 30-minute break, but the company does not comply with this. Employees should also have a rest period from 5 to 6 p.m., but the company still makes them continue working and does not pay them for it. To make the audit records look normal, overtime is uniformly calculated as starting at 6 p.m., meaning that the hour in between is not paid at all. In addition, employees are not given much of a lunch break, meaning that in practice, they work an extra one to two hours every day without pay. This is truly appalling!
