The workload is heavy, and there is no overtime pay. Every day, you have to write in the calendar to report what you worked on that day. Every week, there is shared time and a team-leader meeting. During shared time, you must produce something to share. There is no overtime pay for monthly meetings—only a boxed meal and a drink. The points system awards points only after a case is completed. Environmental cases generally receive very few points. Every week, you must submit cases in order to have any chance of meeting the target. If you fail to meet the target, your year-end bonus will be reduced, and having a low score will also lead to criticism from your supervisor. The supervisor constantly talks about the company culture and keeps brainwashing everyone. If you don't believe it, go experience it yourself. All I can say is: “Run.”
