Cons

I’ve truly never encountered such an outrageous company.

They stood me up for the first interview.

Later, I was told the reason was that they had read the date incorrectly,

and that we would need to arrange another time.

OK, everyone makes mistakes,

so I let it go.

The second interview was fairly OK.

They also asked me to think it over carefully

and call back to let them know whether I wanted to come to work.

We discussed and agreed on my start date over the phone.

Then, just four days before I was supposed to start, they told me

not to come after all, saying they had found someone else.

I replied that I had already submitted my resignation to my original company.

How was I supposed to deal with this?

They responded that it was none of their concern.

I was truly dumbfounded...

After I filed a complaint with the recruitment website,

they sent me a message saying

that there had been some kind of mistake and asking me to call back.

After work, I called them back,

but they kept making excuses about being busy and hurriedly hung up.

Then they sent me another message saying that I should start a month later. The wording was clearly unfriendly and arrogant, saying that it was their busy order-taking period, everyone in the company was extremely busy, and they had no time to train a new employee. They told me to think it over.

I did not respond at the time. After 10 p.m., an employee from the company called again to explain that it had been a misunderstanding and that the wrong person had been notified. They wanted me to start on the original date after all.

I told them to sort out the situation before calling me again. They hurriedly hung up once more, then sent another message saying it had been a mistake. How many times were they going to get it wrong?

After that, I stopped responding altogether and ended this farce.

If you’re thinking of joining this company, think twice.
