At first, they said they would offer very good compensation
Office staff work regular hours
I interviewed for an office staff position, and this clinic is the “Huang Zongren Dermatology Clinic.”
The person in charge (a woman) added me on LINE and said we would communicate via LINE.
We had originally agreed on the compensation and start date.
I asked which bank account should be used for salary payments.
They told me, “There’s no need to prepare that yet; come in and give the job a try first.”
I thought that was very strange, so I asked again whether labor insurance would begin on my first day of work.
They then changed their response to: “Someone else is trying the job right now. We’ll notify you another day when you can come in and try it.”
I was completely speechless......
The compensation they offered was very high, and the person in charge even said she had negotiated better compensation for me.
I was originally very happy and looking forward to it......
I was supposed to start in a week, so it was really frustrating to suddenly hear this.
I advise everyone who plans to work here to ask whether labor insurance is provided.
Also, be sure to ask them to send a confirmation offer letter.
Otherwise, you may make all the preparations to go, only to be told this...... It’s really unbelievable T_T
