After the system was changed later on, the workload increased, more employees resigned, and replacements were not sought for a long time. Two people on a shift became one, while the salary remained unchanged.
The internal Malaysian manager is very difficult to get along with and is lenient with themselves but strict with others.
They are quite good at taking advantage of young people who have just entered the workforce. If you do not bring up the benefits system, they assume you do not understand it and will take advantage wherever possible. The promotion timeline and system are vague and unclear, and there are no consistent standards for the work. Something may be allowed one moment but not the next. The machines are old and few in number, and when the workload is heavy, you even have to queue to use them. The order-taking standards are vague and unclear. People who understand the structure do not step forward to handle issues, while the employees handling inquiries have to go back and forth asking questions. When mistakes are made, the person handling the inquiry is blamed, even though the instructions were not written clearly. The company’s store design is strange, and most aspects need improvement.
