They didn’t seem genuinely interested in interviewing people; it felt like I was brought in just to be berated.
Cons
I interviewed for a mechanical engineer position, and it felt like I was brought in just to be berated. Different industries have different practices, but the interviewer generalized from limited knowledge, acting as if they were always right and everyone else was wrong. What happened to the negative reviews I saw before?
