Young company atmosphere
Not many people, and the office is spacious
Provides a general introduction to career and work planning for newcomers
Affordable and delicious food nearby
The boss is very serious when serious, and if your performance does not meet expectations, you feel as though you should be ready to leave at any time.
However, this should have the effect of encouraging newcomers to study and learn the technology properly.
But the salary is below average, which was somewhat shocking to hear. I had originally thought that the salary at a subsidiary would not be too low either.
For a newcomer who is not very familiar with the technology, it is a choice that gives one pause.
1. No need to clock in or out (Breaks? Overtime?)
2. Free Starbucks occasionally (Does the boss want some?)
3. Spacious seating (Few employees?)
4. The food nearby is delicious (This is true!!)
It’s a small company under its wealthy father company (Delin Medical). From time to time, they brainwash you with the mindset they believe is correct, telling you to be grateful to the company, your colleagues, and the boss, and making you feel that devoting your life here is worthwhile ^^. The junior boss is a smiling tiger: despite talking up grand ambitions, all he can do is bully his own clinics. The products focus only on packaging, with no concern for quality—as long as the visuals look good and it runs, that’s enough. There’s no need to draw a low salary while wasting your life here. There are training opportunities everywhere outside. If words can’t make it clear, then don’t go try it—just screw it.
