Working hours are from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.; the salary is NT$25,000, with a NT$300 raise every three months.
The boss is a very nice person and is often away from the store on business trips, so you usually spend your time working with the boss’s wife.
The boss’s wife says she treats employees like family.
She says she is just straightforward and that you should not misunderstand what she means (she has a very strong Fujian accent).
But the fact is that she speaks in an extremely obnoxious manner and is selfish, with no regard for other people’s feelings.
It is completely impossible to communicate with her. She talks quickly and nonstop, and constantly interrupts.
She also scolds people for things they have not even done.
She will teach you how to operate the online store, but when it comes to selling airsoft guns, she expects you to sell them yourself without teaching you anything, and then scolds you for not knowing how.
She says that she sold airsoft guns on her very first day at work, and that if you do not understand something, you should ask the customers or look it up online.
Spending time with her feels like an eternity.
