Pros

Unable to add the company name, but I specifically want to write about “DianDian Global” / “Kuai Yi Dian Ordering System,” although iLian is also a subsidiary under the same group.

Pros: Flexible working hours; there isn’t much to eat nearby, so you can conveniently lose weight; transportation allowance (NT$1,200 per month).

Cons

Cons:

1. The boss is extremely arrogant, looks down on junior employees, and believes that people in managerial positions need to work themselves to the bone (?). Has no patience or empathy. When I resigned, I was portrayed as though there were no problems with the boss’s management, and I was also personally attacked.

2. The company’s turnover rate is extremely high. At the time of writing these cons, three other people I know were also preparing to resign, and another two or three R&D staff members wanted to leave as well. The high turnover rate makes the company highly unstable internally, and handovers are also very chaotic.

3. There is no company culture. What culture? If you don’t work yourself to the bone for the boss, you get fired.

4. There are no resources. It would be better to work in the government projects department, where there are resources (because there is a good manager). On the product side, there is nothing available. Even when you want to buy a tool, you get nitpicked and told that you need to write up “what benefits can be obtained from buying this tool.” The lack of resources leads to even lower efficiency, and then they turn around and blame me for lacking ability. One person has to perform the duties of eight people.

5. The hiring standards are extremely demanding, even though they clearly do not want to offer good salaries. They are unwilling to give experienced people a chance to shine, and unwilling to give newcomers a chance because they complain that newcomers lack experience (even though they only want to offer salaries of NT$30,000–35,000). They also criticize people’s personalities (?), as if they think they are someone important (?).

6. HR left, so managers have to handle recruitment themselves. On top of that, they are still so picky...
