Pros
The work environment is good, and the staff seem to get along well. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. The interview process was not as rigid and formulaic as at typical companies, and they had clearly done their homework on the candidate’s background.
Cons
There are not really any major drawbacks, but it feels like they want to hire people at the lowest possible salary, even if you have relevant experience. You can judge this for yourself when you go for the interview.
