Read the community guidelinesFucking damn it all day!! Fuck your mother's dick!!
Sign a promissory note; if you quit, I'll sue you.
Going to work is like joining the Shaolin Temple, addressing everyone as “Wet Father” and “Wet Brother” every day.
You can learn skills in various fields.
After applying to become a coach,
in addition to learning physical fitness and training,
you can also learn how to hand out flyers (which is normally done by sales staff),
learn how to clean toilets, scrub toilet bowls, and clean bathrooms (which is normally done by cleaning staff).
You clock in when you start work, while a responsibility-based system after work is permanently in place.
This is beneficial for honing your mental strength and is highly recommended.
Devotees who like A-Guan are very welcome to try changing careers and giving it a shot.
There are no drawbacks. You must not disobey what the Wet Father says.
1. If you haven't worked as a salesperson, coach, or cleaner, don't apply yet.
2. Not short of money, good at studying, and able to train.
3. Free access to the equipment for training 24 hours a day.
4. I'm a fan of the gym.
There are absolutely no drawbacks, because everything the master, senior brothers, and senior sisters say is right, and everything is for your own good and the company's good.
You can use the gym for free.
You can develop extraordinary resilience to stress.
You can experience clocking in on schedule and clocking out under a responsibility-based system.
You can experience being called back to the company at any time to clean and tidy up, even if you have already finished work.
You can experience this wonderful place where you are not trading your time for money, but your quality of life for money.
Anyone who can't stick it out is the one with the problem and resigns. Fan club members, hurry up and apply to this holy land.
There are almost no drawbacks. How dare you complain about the best and most high-end gym in all of Taiwan?
Seeing the sinister side of human nature.
The most treacherous may appear loyal, and the most deceitful may appear genuine.
Understanding what it means to say one thing and do another.
Additional note: Supervisors do not need to participate in evaluations, but if a non-supervisor fails the evaluation, your armband will be removed.
1. Learn to be a professional cleaner
2. Learn how to use sales techniques to attract people to buy courses
3. Free use of the gym
4. When you feel lost in life, joining will help you find direction
1. Extremely long working hours, with performance above all else (incompetent frauds always make the most money)
2. On the late shift, just cleaning and inspections alone keep you at work until the early hours every day, affecting your quality of life
3. Constantly being monitored on performance and required to explain yourself in meetings if targets are not met
4. The contract and salary calculation methods change every month; the rules of the game become increasingly unreasonable
5. Selling sessions earns no money at all; you only get paid when you actually deliver the courses
6. Among commercial gyms, this is the hardest place to make money and has the most rules
7. They will even threaten to charge a 50,000 penalty for training fees if you do not stay for a specified period
(Training is conducted by insiders, whose explanations are inconsistent and completely unsystematic. The content is extremely superficial; you would be better off taking a certification course.)
8. The external marketing looks good, but after joining the company, you discover countless flaws that completely contradict it
During your first month, you are brainwashed by supervisors from a scam operation into believing you can earn an annual salary of one million.
On the day you join, you must immediately sign a promissory note for NT$100,000 to prevent you from quitting. The purpose is to help you make up your mind to work hard and make money.
The company’s system is clear, and the salary is too high.
Each class is assigned an execution fee of x dollars (depending on the armband):
Yellow: 300, green: 400, blue: 500, orange: 600, purple and black: 700.
The base salary is NT$22,000. The number of classes conducted multiplied by x equals the monthly performance bonus. However, if you conduct fewer than 60 classes that month, you receive only the base salary; for 60 to 80 classes, x−100; for 80 to 100 classes, x−50; for 100 classes, x; and for more than 100 classes, x+50.
After the salary is totaled, an inexplicable 10% tax must be deducted (the company, afraid you might trouble yourself, tells you not to ask).
Employees are forbidden from dating one another and may not date members either; if caught, they are fired. However, managers, directors, and executive assistants are allowed to do so, with no dismissal or punishment—a legendary love story passed down through the ages.
To let everyone earn a little more money, after clocking out at 12:00, you must stay to maintain the facility’s cleanliness and attend meetings until after 2:00 (how considerate). You must clock in before 12:10.
The armband promotion system is clearly defined. You must take assessments in combat sports and powerlifting. Passing does not necessarily mean promotion; young people need training, not empty titles (out of consideration for supervisors’ hard work, supervisors are exempt from the assessments).
A mysterious voice: So how do you get promoted? You need to know how to generate performance and suck up.
