During the interview for the store manager position at the Dongmen branch of the company’s craft beer brand, Zhangmen Craft Beer, they stated directly that, in order to create a youthful atmosphere in the store, they would prefer to hire someone younger, raising concerns about age discrimination. If you are over 30, don’t even think about working at this craft beer bar.
