Read the community guidelines1. A company that allows employees to make mistakes at work (depending on the boss’s mood)
2. They are genuinely very patient in giving employees opportunities to learn
3. It is still a company where people generally leave and arrive on time
4. Not much overtime on holidays
1. The main purpose of being here is not to work, but to attend social engagements
2. Basically, there is no lunch break at noon because you have to eat with the boss. It is entirely in English, and the boss may call on you at any time. This is not mandatory, but if you do not participate, you will probably be labeled as lacking team spirit
3. Your English absolutely cannot be poor. Almost everything you can imagine is in English, so your listening, speaking, reading, and writing all need to be good

5. Because the senior boss really likes organizing private gatherings, if you do not attend, then.....
6. They actually do not really respect employees (just my personal impression).
