Pros
The pay is pretty good (in exchange for long working hours).
Cons
The manager plays power games, making it difficult for employees to demonstrate their abilities or advance.
The family business uses old-fashioned, outdated management practices that disregard human needs.
There is insufficient staff; one person is expected to do the work of three.
The boss has a terrible temper. Front-desk work is no job for a human being.
